Job Summary
Sell and promote automotive services and products by following the company’s standards; greet customers professionally, document concerns, inspect vehicles, reference service history, quote costs and timelines, and communicate service needs and recommendations to customers; promote services, parts, and accessories; conduct post-repair follow-up and track returns and warranty parts; adhere to company policies and the Employee Handbook; work in a shop environment and meet physical requirements; supports equal opportunity employment; expected to work Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Possess current, valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required
