Job Summary
Sales and Service Advisor greets customers, documents concerns, inspects vehicles, and communicates service needs; promotes services, parts, and accessories, and provides customers with accurate quotes and status updates. Responsible for documenting recommendations, completing post-service follow-ups, and tracking returns and warranties, while adhering to company standards and policies. Requires a professional, process-driven approach, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday in a busy automotive service environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess current, valid driver’s license
