Job Summary
Lead Sales and Retention Manager responsible for driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and ensuring a seamless member journey from first visit. You will advocate and deliver the FUNDAMENTALS sales process, train and coach the team, own the club activity planner, implement creative lead-generation strategies, monitor dashboards and KPIs, drive revenue across memberships and product spend, deliver monthly sales presentations, build local partnerships, lead by example on the gym floor and reception, engage in national initiatives, provide constructive feedback to team members, and support the General Manager with operational tasks including health & safety, facilities, recruitment, and presentation standards. This is a full-time leadership role and is a 9-month maternity cover.
Required Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
