Job Summary
Lead sales initiatives and retention strategy for the gym's members, drive new member sales while maximizing retention, own the club activity planner, implement creative lead-generation strategies, monitor KPIs, and drive revenue across memberships, product, and secondary spend. Deliver monthly sales presentations, build local business partnerships, and lead by example on the reception and gym floor. Support the General Manager with operational tasks (health & safety, facilities, recruitment, presentation standards) and participate in national initiatives such as #WorkoutWednesday and #WeCommunicate. Requires strong leadership, excellent communication, results-driven mindset, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays to support the business.
