Job Summary
Leading sales and retention at a gym/Frasers Group, responsible for driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and ensuring a seamless member journey from first visit. Drive revenue across memberships, products and secondary spend; own the club activity planner; implement creative lead-generation strategies; monitor dashboards and KPIs; deliver monthly sales presentations; build local business partnerships and #WeMoveBusinesses opportunities; lead by example on reception and the gym floor; contribute to national initiatives; provide feedback to develop team performance; support the General Manager with health & safety, facilities, recruitment, and presentation standards. The role is a leadership, member-facing position requiring strong communication, coaching, and operational collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- A proven leader with the ability to inspire and coach a team
- Strong sales and retention focus with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt style to different audiences
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays to support the needs of the business
