Job Summary
Create data-driven sales strategies pre- and post-sale in partnership with the sales team by identifying retail sales trends, projecting sales, and determining profitability. Maintain standard retail and supply chain reporting via Retail Link, manage corrective actions for inventory levels and lead times, and create seasonal pipeline supply strategies to maintain safety stock. Build effective forecasts based on Walmart ordering patterns and generate store-level order recommendations using in-stock analysis. Manage new item launches, support sales presentations, and collaborate with transportation teams to maintain OTIF compliance and alleviate shipping errors.
Required Qualifications

- Create data driven sales strategies pre- and post-sale
- Identify and analyze retail sales trends at the item level
- Use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets
- Maintain and create standard retail sales reporting via Retail Link and internal systems
- Identify key marketplace factors that impact demand and sales
- Create and maintain standard supply chain reporting via Retail Link
- Manage corrective actions for supply chain
- Work with internal factory team to create and manage seasonal pipeline supply strategies
- Manage new item launches and item transitions with Walmart Replenishment and Planning teams
- Understand Walmart ordering and shipping patterns
- build effective forecasts
- Create store level order recommendations based on in stock analysis and lost sales calculations
- Work with Walmart transportation team
