Sales and Rental Associate

Job Summary
Provide customer service and convert leads to sales by explaining product features, safe operating techniques, and accessories. Probe for customer needs, match them with rental solutions, and drive in-store merchandising initiatives including pricing and inventory control. Follow procedures for delivery and pick-up, maintain inventory documents, and assist fleet management to ensure adequate stock levels. Monitor disputes, monthly billing, and invoicing with the Manager, manage the branch email inbox, and work with the yard team to stage rentals and verify return inventories. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, PPE requirements, and SOPs as the top priority.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service and/or direct customer sales
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid G Class Driver's License with clean abstract
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
