Job Summary
Provide customer service and convert inquiries to sales by explaining product features, safe operating techniques, and accessories. Probe for customer needs to match them with rental solutions and drive in-store merchandising initiatives including pricing and inventory control. Follow procedures for product delivery and pick-up while maintaining inventory documents to preserve the Rental Management system integrity. Assist in fleet management to ensure adequate stock levels, stage rentals with the yard team, and manage the branch email inbox. Monitor disputes, monthly billing, and overdue accounts with the Manager. Maintain a valid G Class Driver's License and ability to lift up to 50lbs are required.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service and/or direct customer sales
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid G Class Driver's License with clean abstract
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
