Assist in creating a pleasant and hospitable work environment while serving all customers in a courteous and efficient manner. Handle all donations with care and respect, maintaining proper merchandise categories and colorization. Ensure the store is sufficiently stocked according to the "ARC COMMAND RAG OUT CALENDAR" and assist with cleaning and general maintenance of store property. Immediately report theft, customer complaints, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management. Comply with store policies and support the work therapy program by providing beneficiaries with an example of professional conduct and work habits.
