Sales and Production Associate

Assist in creating a pleasant and hospitable work environment while serving all customers in a courteous and efficient manner. Handle all donations with care and maintain proper merchandise categories and colorization. Ensure the store is sufficiently stocked and "ragged out" in accordance with the "ARC COMMAND RAG OUT CALENDAR." Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties, and immediately report theft, customer complaints, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management. Comply with all store policies as communicated by supervisors. This role supports the work therapy program component of The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers by providing beneficiaries with an example of professional conduct.
