Sales and Production Associate

Assist in creating a pleasant work environment while serving customers courteously and handling donations with respect. Manage store operations by ensuring merchandise is properly categorized, stocked according to the ARC Command Rag Out Calendar, and maintained in a clean, clutter-free state. Report theft, complaints, injuries, and unsafe conditions immediately to management. Support the work therapy program by modeling professional conduct for beneficiaries. Comply with all store policies and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
