Sales and Production Associate

Sort and price a minimum of 250 garments per hour, hang and ticket 225 pieces hourly, or run clothing racks as directed. Rag out merchandise daily in accordance with the ARC Command Rag Out Calendar. Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock the sales floor to ensure it is sufficiently stocked and ragged out. Serve customers courteously, handle donations with respect, and accept material while safeguarding assigned equipment. Perform lawn and garden work, clean bathrooms and entryways, and maintain proper categories and colorization of all merchandise. This role supports the work therapy program component of The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers by providing beneficiaries with an example of professional conduct and work habits.
