Job Summary
Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area while handling all donations with care and donors with respect. Serve all customers in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring the store remains sufficiently stocked and properly categorized according to the "ARC COMMAND RAG OUT CALENDAR." Assist with store operations, general maintenance, and creating a pleasant, hospitable environment that supports the work therapy program by modeling professional conduct for beneficiaries. Immediately report theft, customer complaints, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management. Comply with all store policies as communicated by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand English for effective communication with supervisors, employees, beneficiaries, and customers.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
