Job Summary
Lead and manage the planning and execution of technology projects and programs within Intel's Corporate Planning Group, driving the redesign of organizational business processes, systems, and strategies in support of supply chain transformation. Collaborate across a broad network to lead supply chain planning capability analyses and design, develop and document business processes and training materials, and lead implementation activities including testing, training, change control, and transition management. Proactively identify and address challenges and risks to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes; conduct close-out assessments and document lessons learned with recommendations for future improvements. Prefer candidates with advanced degrees in related disciplines and prior semiconductor supply chain experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering (IE) or related disciplines
- 6+ years of combined experience with Operations in Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning; Business Solution Development including Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools; Program and/or Project Management in Supply Chain or Demand Planning fields
- Strong technical aptitude to interpret and validate user and technical requirements
- Effective communication skills to convey complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments
