Job Summary
Entry-level Sales and Operations Management Trainee in a fast-paced environment using a bachelor’s degree to run a business and solve problems for customers. You’ll learn Penske’s sales processes, technology and culture through ongoing training and mentoring across sales, operations, finance, customer service, and more; collaborate with a high-energy team to build a foundation in sales and operations with advancement opportunities at hundreds of locations nationwide. Work Location: 306 Industrial Park Ave, Rothschild WI; responsibilities include developing consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts (including Fortune 500), managing inventory of vehicles, generating new business leads, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
