Job Summary
Sales and Operations Management Trainee responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts (including Fortune 500), managing inventory of vehicles to balance fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction, generating new business leads and nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The role includes enrollment in Penske’s sales/operations training program with mentoring, advancement opportunities after a 6–9 month period, weekend/holiday scheduling as needed, and a starting annual salary of at least $52,000 with premium weekend pay.
