Sales and Operations Management Trainee responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts (including Fortune 500). Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balance fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Generate new business leads and nurture existing relationships; ensure complete customer satisfaction. Role includes collaboration with a high-energy team, ongoing training and mentoring, exposure to sales processes, technology, and cross-functional operations (sales, operations, finance, customer service).
