Job Summary
Sales and Merchandising Representative supports customer promotions and merchandising for Labatt in Kelowna, BC. Responsibilities include building product and marketing displays, supporting events (concerts, festivals, bar/restaurant launches, trade shows), improving merchandising tools and promotional materials across sales channels, assisting with regional sales and marketing activations, attending and running brand experience promotions, creating route-to-market plans for clients (restaurants, bars, large retail stores), maintaining relationships with Labatt’s customer network, managing an accountable customer portfolio, and conducting in-person sales calls. Requires a full, unrestricted driver’s license, and availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule; post-secondary education is required. The role emphasizes independent work within a fast-paced, team environment, along with strong time management, relationship-building, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities. Prior customer service, merchandising, hospitality industry, or sales experience is an asset.
