Job Summary
Pipeline role with growth potential focused on supporting customer promotions and sales in labatt’s distribution network. Responsibilities include building product and marketing displays, supporting events (concerts, festivals, bar/restaurant launches, trade shows), improving merchandising tools and promotional materials across sales channels, assisting with regional sales and marketing activations, attending and leading brand experience promotions, creating route-to-market plans for restaurants, bars, and large retail stores, building and maintaining relationships with Labatt’s customer network, maintaining accountability to a customer portfolio, and conducting in-person sales calls. Qualifications include a full, unrestricted driver’s license, post-secondary education, strong relationship-building and communication skills, self-motivation and leadership abilities, ability to work independently within a fast-paced team, and solid time management and prioritization abilities. Previous customer service, merchandising, hospitality, and/or sales experience is an asset.
