Job Summary
Sales and Marketing Specialist responsible for driving marketing initiatives for commercial real estate properties, creating marketing materials (flyers, offering memoranda, brochures, presentations, proposals), leading integrated advertising campaigns across print and digital channels to generate qualified leads, conducting market research and data analysis, designing database tools, developing property websites, coordinating promotional events, and training sales associates on research tools across multiple office locations. Requires SQL/database proficiency, commercial real estate interest/experience, strong Office skills, and effective communication for collaboration with diverse teams; role is onsite in Buffalo, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Systems
- Strong SQL database skills with hands-on experience in database management, query optimization, and data analysis
- Proven experience in marketing research, particularly with property inventory management, comparable sales analysis, and market statistics
- Commercial real estate experience or demonstrated interest in the commercial real estate industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Type A personality with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
- Valid New York State Driver's License for local travel as needed
