Job Summary
Answer phone calls generated through online marketing to help prospective customers design and order outdoor pergolas. No prospecting is required; the role focuses on inside sales at the Noblesville headquarters. Candidates must have 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in big ticket items, along with Excel and CRM software proficiency. Construction knowledge is a plus. We provide in-house sales training and support to assist with success. Base salary is $40,000 plus 2% commission, with an average earnings of $100,000 and top performers earning $130,000 annually. Health, dental, and vision insurance are included.
