Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for increasing awareness of services offered and building solid relationships with insurance agents, brokers, adjusters, property managers, and realtors. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing website content, selling to portfolio companies, and driving revenue growth. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a college degree, alongside 1-2 years of relevant sales experience. Effective communication, customer management skills, and strong relationship building abilities are crucial for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in the Disaster Restoration field; IICRC Certifications preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
- Good aptitude for basic math
- Skilled using social media and other web-based sales tools

- Ability to independently manage customers
- Ability to establish effective rapport and working relationships with customers and company staff
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and make effective decisions

- Ability to develop and implement selling strategies
Additional Requirements
- Local and regional travel may be required for trade shows, training, networking events, and for selling services immediately after catastrophic events
- Some work required outside of traditional working hours to network and represent the company at business social events
