Job Summary
Identify priority industries and prospective clients, research decision-makers and business needs, and build a qualified prospect database within the CRM. Coordinate outbound outreach including email campaigns and personalized introductions, while developing prospecting strategies for industry events and conferences. Manage marketing calendars, edit and publish thought leadership content, oversee organic social media, and coordinate paid campaigns with internal teams. Track pipeline activity, lead generation, and engagement metrics to provide regular performance updates and develop recommendations for improving business development effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, sales support, communications, account management, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content programs, sales initiatives, or business development activities
- Excellent organizational, project management, and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and workstreams
- Experience using CRM, email marketing, social media, project management, and reporting platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with agency leadership and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable communicating with senior executives, clients, prospects, and industry partners
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- A willingness to take ownership of opportunities from ideas through execution
