Job Summary
Conduct market research on target audiences and industry trends to inform sales strategies. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns by creating social media content, drafting email blasts, and managing promotional events. Support the sales team by preparing materials, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining CRM data accuracy. Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and prepare reports to recommend improvements. Monitor competitor activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams on departmental goals.
