Sales and Marketing Director

Directs and coordinates all sales, marketing, inventory, invoicing, and administrative functions for the retail operation. Oversees daily Sales Associate operations, assists customers with inventory-related questions, manages inventory levels and pricing policies, oversees invoicing and daily deposits, and maintains promotional materials and campaigns. Plays a key role in corporate social media presence and public relations, and ensures timely employee scheduling and resolution of employee/customer issues. Reports to COO/CEO and supervises 2-5 direct reports. Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of Retail Sales and Marketing experience, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts are expected. Location is Unalaska, Alaska, with in-person remote arrangement; seasonal/off-season hours are possible. Hours and benefits details are provided in the role description.
