Job Summary
Sales and Marketing Director responsible for generating and managing leads, qualifying prospects, and guiding transitions into moving into the community. Collaborates with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to develop a strategic marketing plan and achieve occupancy targets. Daily duties include making trust-building calls, conducting tours, planning events to attract prospects, and building relationships with community organizations. Requires 3+ years of marketing or outside sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong communication skills, organized follow-up, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Willingness to relocate/travel within California, Hawaii, and Nevada; must pass background and health screenings. Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred)
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Organization and diligence in following up with prospects
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
