Job Summary
Direct and oversee the sales and marketing strategy for Lifespark Trails of Orono and Valora of Orono, including developing and executing the community marketing plan to increase revenue, researching opportunities, forecasting, managing campaigns and budgeting, coordinating public speaking events, taking inquiries, conducting tours, and closing sales, educating medical professionals about new services, maintaining marketing databases, and driving follow-up. Responsibilities include planning and evaluating marketing activities, communicating with residents and prospects, maintaining relationships with the community and customers, and delivering content across publications and advertising channels while ensuring alignment with the facility’s goals and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales and marketing, public relations, or advertising
- Experience in healthcare is preferred
- Ability to drive the success of multiple projects concurrently
- Experience with using and developing multi-media campaigns
- Exceptional telephone, communication skills and the desire to work closely with senior adults is essential
