Job Summary
Lead all sales and marketing for Abbington Senior Living's new St. George community; drive occupancy through community outreach, marketing campaigns, referrals, tours, events, and sustained follow-up; collaborate with the Executive Director and department heads to develop and execute a strategic sales plan; build trust with prospective residents and families and represent the community with professionalism and enthusiasm; require 2+ years in senior living sales/marketing, strong closing/follow-up skills, ability to lead events and outreach, familiarity with CRM/lead-tracking, and a compassionate, team-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales/marketing experience in senior living
- Strong closing and follow-up skills
- Ability to lead events, tours, and outreach
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead tracking preferred
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and ready to grow with us
