Job Summary
Sales & Marketing Counselor responsible for developing relationships with prospective residents and families, guiding them through the admissions process for The Glebe’s continuum of care (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care) and achieving occupancy and deposit goals. Core duties include prospect outreach via phone, email, text, video, and written correspondence; in-home visits and on-site presentations; coordinating admissions for qualified Independent Living residents; maintaining CRM records; participating in weekly sales meetings; developing referral networks; representing The Glebe at events and community outreach; and ensuring compliance with admissions policies. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, goal orientation, comfort with technology, ability to work independently and with a team, and travel locally with a valid driver’s license. Preferred background in sales, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or related fields.
