Job Summary
Coordinate and execute sales and marketing campaigns while developing social media content to increase brand visibility. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and assist in creating sales presentations and proposals. Track and analyze sales data to measure performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through independent work and team collaboration. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in sales, marketing, or the PEO industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
