Job Summary
Sales and Marketing Coordinator role bridging marketing campaign execution with pre-sales and lead management. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound leads, conducting discovery sessions, creating sales enablement materials, pursuing ABM campaigns, handling RFQ documentation and bids, executing content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and WordPress, email campaigns via Pardot, light design in Canva, coordinating video shoots, planning event logistics, and maintaining accurate CRM data in Salesforce. Requires 1–5 years in B2B marketing/inside sales or sales support, strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Pardot), content creation and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field. Regular full-time with 3 days in-office per week; travel to trade shows/events possible. Fluency in English; French is an asset.
