Job Summary
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and manage the lead distribution system. Plan and implement marketing events within budget, prepare sales reports, and process invoices while maintaining budget performance spreadsheets. Manage office inventory, update the community website, and coordinate the marketing newsletter. Assist the Move-In Coordinator with resident assessments, provide front desk coverage, and travel to customer homes as needed to advance sales. Maintain professional appearance and work areas while attending meetings and handling other duties as assigned. Requires Senior Living experience, high school degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year related work experience
- Minimum requirement of a high school degree or equivalent (preferably bachelor's degree)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow-up
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Prioritize projects and objectives while meeting deadlines
- Experience in a professional office setting or hospitality environment
- Good communication (especially telephone) and customer relation skills
- Proficient in the use of various software including all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent keyboarding and proofreading skills
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk, stand and talk frequently
- Must be able to push/pull up to 40lbs
- Must be able to lift to 35lbs
- Ability to tour through the entire community including the ability to push an individual in a wheelchair
