Job Summary
Sales and Marketing Assistant to work with residents and families during move-in transitions and drive census development through professional relationships, ongoing education, community outreach, and marketing activities. Responsibilities include giving tours and education to visitors, coordinating move-in details with residents and families, coordinating with nursing staff, presenting to local organizations, participating in strategic planning for marketing efforts, attending weekly department head meetings, executing quarterly marketing plans, developing and implementing community education events, monitoring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the marketing team to improve occupancy and resident/community relations. Requires direct sales experience, ability to multi-task in a team environment, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and independent, reliable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Direct sales experience with demonstrated results.
- Experience in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry.
- Organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a team environment.
- Proven skills to work independently. Be self motivated and goal-directed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Must be capable of maintaining regular, reliable attendance.
- Computer literacy.
