Job Summary
Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the inquiry and admission process for a senior living community; assist the Community Relations Director with relationships with referral partners through marketing initiatives and event planning; manage and update contact and account databases; organize monthly events and presentations; conduct follow-up communications with market contacts; prepare accurate reports; stay current on federal and state regulations affecting community operations; travel as needed and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; role involves independent driving, resident evacuations during emergencies, and frequent lifting.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience as a marketing assistant, preferably in a healthcare or senior care environment.
- Strong computer skills and ability to manage detailed databases.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
