Job Summary
Develop and execute sales strategies for local markets to achieve business targets while supporting distributors in sales planning, performance monitoring, and network expansion. Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, and business building, creating materials and presentations aligned with company standards. Build strong relationships with distributors, leaders, and key partners by organizing field visits, leadership meetings, workshops, and online training sessions. Ensure high-quality execution of training events both online and offline while working closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and HQ teams. Provide market feedback for product, training, and promotional improvements. This role offers a career path into regional leadership or global digital strategy roles within TIENS Europe, which operates across 20 markets using a unique S2B2C model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, training, or distributor management
- Direct-Selling/ Network Marketing experience
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and coaching skills
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and support distributors in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication in local Language and English
- Proficiency in digital training platforms (Zoom, Teams), Microsoft Office, and basic marketing tools
- Willingness to travel for events, distributor meetings, and training workshops
