Job Summary
The Sales and Management Intern position involves fulfilling Buckle’s mission to create enjoyable shopping experiences. Interns perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, including cashiering, merchandise display, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role requires greeting guests positively, answering product questions, and achieving sales goals. Interns will develop skills in team recruiting, merchandising, and leadership while managing specific product categories.
