Job Summary
The Sales and Management Intern is responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for guests through sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. Tasks include greeting guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, maintaining product knowledge, achieving personal sales goals, and assisting with store operations such as cash handling and loss prevention. Interns will develop skills in teammate recruiting, training, and visual merchandise management while completing specified sections of the Buckle Management Manual. A high level of customer service and a positive team spirit is essential.
Required Qualifications
- In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study
- Interested in long-term commitment with Buckle
