Job Summary
Sales and Management Interns are responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience, performing sales and merchandising tasks, and assisting store management. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, providing product recommendations, achieving sales goals, completing cash register tasks, maintaining store organization, and participating in recruitment and training activities. The role requires a positive attitude, flexibility in scheduling, and a commitment to service excellence, along with developing leadership skills throughout the internship.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field of study
- Basic understanding of customer service and teamwork
- Ability to perform physical tasks as described
