Job Summary
The Sales and Management Intern will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and assisting in various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks as designated by store management. Key duties include greeting guests, recommending merchandise, maintaining product knowledge, and achieving personal sales goals. Interns will learn about Buckle’s retail business, develop recruiting and leadership skills, and complete various training modules. This position offers part-time benefits such as a teammate discount and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field of study
