Job Summary
The Sales and Management Intern is responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests by performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. Key duties include greeting Guests, providing product knowledge, achieving sales goals, assisting with merchandise display, operating cash registers, and maintaining store cleanliness. Interns will also participate in leadership and recruiting training while developing merchandising skills and attending monthly conference calls. This position requires a flexible schedule and a commitment to customer service.
Required Qualifications
- In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study
- No prior experience or training necessary
