Job Summary
The Sales and Management Intern is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting store management in sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. Key duties include greeting guests, assisting with merchandise selection, achieving sales goals, maintaining store presentation, and managing product categories. Interns will participate in training and development activities focusing on recruiting, merchandising, and leadership skills. The position requires physical abilities such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field of study
- Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
