Job Summary
Sales and Management Interns are responsible for providing exceptional guest service, assisting with sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under the guidance of the Store Manager. Key duties include greeting guests, managing product displays, maintaining store organization, and achieving sales goals. Interns will learn management skills, participate in training, and handle various in-store operations. This position requires a flexible schedule and the physical capability to handle merchandise up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study
- No prior experience or training necessary
