Job Summary
The Sales and Management Intern is responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for guests through various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales goals, and ensuring excellent customer service. Interns will also manage specific products, assist with recruiting, and develop leadership skills while contributing to a positive team environment. Candidates must be in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate a commitment to customer service and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study
- Complete Teammate Orientation and assigned sections of the Buckle Management Manual
