Job Summary
The Sales and Management Intern is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing sales and merchandising tasks, and assisting store management. Key duties include greeting guests, recommending merchandise, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Interns will complete training sessions from the Buckle Management Manual, develop their leadership skills, and participate in promotional activities. This position is suitable for candidates pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a keen interest in retail management.

- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs
