Job Summary
The Sales and Management Intern will primarily focus on providing a positive shopping experience for guests while assisting with various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, recommending products, achieving sales goals, assisting with merchandise displays, and participating in recruiting and training activities. This position requires a positive attitude, ability to work a flexible schedule, and a commitment to customer service. Interns are expected to complete various leadership and management training sections, track performance, and participate in special projects.
Required Qualifications
- In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study
