Job Summary
The Sales and Management Intern will focus on delivering an enjoyable shopping experience while performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks such as cashiering and maintaining store cleanliness. Interns will assist the Store Manager in understanding retail operations, achieve sales goals, provide customer service, manage merchandise displays, participate in recruiting, and fulfill special projects. Additionally, interns will engage in training sessions and gain insights into product management and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study
- Interested in long-term commitment with Buckle
