Job Summary
The Sales and Management Intern will engage with guests, providing exceptional service while fulfilling sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, managing transactions, and maintaining store presentation. Interns will collaborate with the Store Manager to understand retail operations, develop sales strategies, and complete training modules. This position requires a flexible schedule, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the physical capability to handle merchandise. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree and seek a long-term commitment.
Required Qualifications
- In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study
