Job Summary
The Sales and Management Intern will primarily focus on providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for guests while working closely with store management. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales goals. Interns will also participate in training, recruiting, and develop leadership skills through various tasks including managing product categories and providing progress reports. A positive attitude and a commitment to customer service are essential.
