Job Summary
The Sales and Management Intern is responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests through sales generation and exceptional guest service. Interns will perform merchandising and operational tasks, work closely with Store Management, assist in maximizing sales, and maintain store organization. Additional duties include completing various sections of the Buckle Management Manual, participating in recruiting and leadership development, producing weekly reports, and managing specific products. This role requires a flexible schedule, a commitment to customer service, and involves physical tasks such as merchandising and cashiering.
Required Qualifications
- In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study; no prior experience or training necessary.
