Job Summary
Sales and Logistics Coordinator at NIX SENSOR LTD supports Sales, Operations, and Finance by managing customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. The role combines sales administration, customer service, and logistics coordination to maintain efficient order processing, timely delivery, and strong communication with internal teams, distributors, and logistics providers. Key duties include handling customer inquiries via multiple channels, preparing quotes and terms with Sales/Finance, managing CRM records and reports, processing orders, coordinating inventory across local/global warehouses, ensuring proper shipping documentation, overseeing global logistics, and supporting monthly inventory and returns processes. The ideal candidate has post-secondary education in business or logistics (preferred), 2–5+ years in sales support/customer service/logistics, experience with CRM and order management software, knowledge of shipping and international logistics, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5+ years of experience in a combined sales support, customer service, or logistics role.
- Experience with CRM systems and order management software.
- Knowledge of shipping, customs documentation, and international logistics is an asset.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Successful candidates must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
